Remembrance Day - 11th November
To celebrate Remembrance Day, we made poppies in Art and wore them to remember those who have died or have been injured during a war since World War 1.
Black History Month - October
In PSHE, we have been learning about Black History. This year, we have focused on an inspiring woman called Rosa Parks. The children have been very interested in this and will be able to tell you all about why she was important person.
As part of National Braille Week, we learnt the Alphabet in Braille! We had a go at working out secret codes and used the Braille alphabet to figure them out! It was a lot of fun.
