We have started the term with a rather surprising letter from a construction company requestion to buy our land! We of course immediately set about debating whether or not it was a good idea to sell the land.
The children came up with some sensible and thoughtful ideas for both sides of the argument. Some of the reasons against were due to the living things we found in the school environment when we walked around the site.
As the term has gone on, we have learnt more about different living things and in particular the factors which denote a living thing. Ask your child about MRS GREN!
The Wild Woods!
We have been back out and about again recently finding inspiration for our written descriptions of the Wild Woods. The day we visited Forest School was particularly gloomy and murky which was perfect!
