Diwali Day
We thoroughly enjoyed our Diwali Day! Throughout the day, the children read stories to tell us why Diwali day is known as "The Festival of Lights" whilst also drawing and colouring using Rangoli patterns and styles.
The children also learned a dance which incorporated Bollywood dance styles alongside traditional Kathak dance moves. At the end of the day, Year 1 and 2 came together to perform their dances to each other.
