Ordering and paying for School Lunches
We use an online payment service that allows you to pay for school lunches quickly and easily on your smartphone, tablet or computer. This online system is used for the ordering of both free school meals and paid lunches.
All lunch orders and payments for lunches need to be made online via ParentMail. Orders need to be placed by Wednesday for the following three week menu cycle. Once you have placed your orders online, they are stored on your account allowing you to easily view meals that have been ordered for each day.
Payments can either be made for all 3 weeks or can be made on a weekly basis. Each Monday morning your account on ParentMail will be debited with the lunches ordered for that week. PLEASE NOTE, if there is no money in your account, no lunches will be ordered; you will receive an email informing you of this.
The minimum payment that can be made is £10.50.Orders will not be accepted in the school office, they need to be completed and paid for online. If you do not have access to the internet then computers will be available at the school for your use to access the ParentMail system.
If you have an Android or Apple smartphone, we would highly recommend you download the free Ashmead School ParentMail App so that you can make easy, online payments on the go. To do this, simply search for Ashmead School ParentMail App in your App store.
Please note, your bank statement will display either the school name or ParentMail, dependent on your payment method.
