Dear Parents,
As you aware, Year 6 children have now been offered a secondary school placement for September 2022. In school we will be supporting your child with getting ready for the move to Year 7, however, there are also lots of different ways you as a parent can help your child with the upcoming transition.
Please find attached a leaflet all about making the move to secondary school easier. Bucks Family Learning Team are offering tips for the both children and parents, along with a free online workshop for parents. During the workshop, you will explore ways to build your child’s confidence, resilience and independence, helping to make the move into secondary a positive one.
