Ashmead provides its children with two everlasting things, one is roots, the other wings.

Week 4



We have had a really special day this week! We all went to the hall to meet Carl from Kidz Fit, a workshop that taught as all some top tips to stay healthy.


We learned that we needed to ensure that had 8 hours sleep, lots of water throughout the day, keep ourselves clean (hygienic), do 30 mins of exercise each day and also what makes a 'healthy' food plate.
