Welcome to Years 3 and 4!
We have had a wonderful first week back at school and the children have come back so keen and eager to learn. The staff are all really proud of how well the children have settled into their new classes and routines.
The week started with an unbelievable surprise being delivered to school. Have a look at the children's work below to find out more about the special delivery.
Our Special Delivery
Roman Day
Year 3 and 4 enjoyed the most amazing Roman Day! We designed, made and evaluated a wax tablet, made Roman bread, designed mosaics, baked Roman bread, learned Roman numerals, sang a song about the Romans and much more. The children had made such an effort with their costumes, from gladiators to civilians, goddesses to emporers! Ask your child what their favourite part of the day was!
